My Major Projects are FINALLY completed.........so I got time for a quick update....just handed up a Big- Ass Distribution Channel project today........8200 words, over 60 pages of report, pictures, statistical figures.........I spent three weeks including weekends slowly working on this project......
I can safely say that I wrote a good 75% of the 8200 words and Felix did the other 25% while our other two group mates did'nt do shit or have a single line of work in the report that they could call their own.........and then I had to edit the whole damn project from 7pm last night to 6.45 am this morning...............scrolling through 60 pages gave me an bloody headache......went to bed around 7.00 am when the sun was up and My dad was going off to work....woke up 3 hours later at 10 am to hand in the project..........man am I beat......
This is not the first time I have to edit projects until the morning.......the last project I did for MR, I edited and rewrote stuff till 7.30 am.........the project before that I edited till 8.30 am in the morning ............I was unofficial editor of all those projects, completely rewriting other people's parts after I handed mine on time becuase of the pure shittiness of their stuff........nor is this the first time I've worked with unprofessional dead beats........don't wanna work, can't take criticism, give shitty work, don't want to stay for project meetings, wanna go home early, don't want to work on weekends, want to spend time with boyfriends, don't want to make corrections to their parts.....the list goes on.....
Me and Felix were joined with 3 groups for the different projects.....a total of 8 people from those 3 groups.............and only one produced work that was of a semi-decent standard........the rest are incorrigible by human standards........hahaha
Oh well..........when faced project stress and with all this fools.....its good to keep a good, twisted sense of humor about things.........so instead of internalizing my stress.........I decide to express it by doodling.........some rough bizarre, weird-ass doodles to amuse myself.....hahha.....I drew the one below in like 14-20 mins for fun after I had just completed my MR project with 3 she-devils.....hahaha....

The far-away look and the nodding and smirks when facing them during group meetings?? Chances are I'm imagining myself as some crazed savage barbarian taking a axe to their heads.....hahhahha....while they're blabbing away...and doing my best impersonation of Mr Burns from the Simpsons.....hahaha
Somehow I think I've been reading one too many Conan the barbarian comics....hahaha.....after I watched the Lord of the Rings extended trilogy on DVD.....and enjoyed the work of the conceptual designers.....I've been getting more and more into Fantasy art and have been studying the work of the all-time greats of Fantasy artists like Frank Frazetta and Barry windsor-smith......both who redefined the popularity of Conan the barbarian.....and I think their influence is rubbing off on me.....hahaha
Here's a close up of the My insane blood rage.........watch the head fly....Weeeeeeee( Ben 2002).....haha....I gotta say adding all the trails of blood with a red marker was better then therapy..........hahaha...who says art isn't relaxing?? .Rather then send me for some psychiatric sessions....My Mum was kinda amused by this drawing......hahha....she saw me doodling this picture and when I showed it to her, she said: "Are your project mates that bad?!"............when I gave a resounding :'YES!!' ...She started laughing........ .
Well the drawing was a nice fun outlet for stress release I guess ......hahah.....the projects have left me with zero time to draw and I've been itching to start drawing.............so this doodle killed two birds with one stone..............it let me have some fun sketching and helped me let off some steam without having to do time in changi prison..........hahha
.Alright that's about the end of this update...I thought it'll be fun to share my internal thought processes during project group meetings nowadays.....hahahah......another short post from me again? Wat are the chances aye?haha........hope I have time to post my ORD reflections soon..........till next time folks..........

Today is the 9th of September............after 2 long years.....24 mths of wearing the green......of training, duty, sweat and blood and tears......Its finally Over.ORD LOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I can't believe that its been exactly 2 years since the day I set foot on Pulau Tekong for my first day of BMT.........3 months of BMT, 3 1/2 Months of Field defence course to be a Regimental Policeman, 6 Months of Duty as an RP at Paya lebar, 4 1/2 mths of Duty as an RP at Tengah Airbase and 7 mths working at the Pass office......and I finally finished serving my National sentence..I've been so swamped with tests and projects that it did'nt really register how soon I was going to be finishing my NS...its was only on monday this week that I realized that I was going to swap my base pass for my Pink IC in a few days time..Since I orded today,which was a sunday......I was allowed to collect my IC two days before on friday......Finally held my IC for the first time in years since I traded it for my 11B on the first day of BMT........I honestly dunno how I feel........feels weird..........and My official status on the back of my 11B has been officially changed from active NSF......to NS man.......Guess my physical fitness can only go downhill from here...hahaha....Pot Bellies,love handles and a bucket Load of kids...Here I come!!!!haha.Well........I just posted to commemorate this day.......its a long time coming......I'm SO glad that I stuck through all the tough times without quitting or resorting to taking the easy way out like some of the NS mates I know........makes this day seems all the more sweeter. Good things come to those who wait..I'm so swamped with projects and my upcoming test that i really don't have time for a Long, Big ass post......so needless to say I'll write up a big,long-ass post reflecting on my 2 years in NS when I have the time......soon....hahha.....Is this my shortest post ever or wat huh?!?hahahahahha...lucky you.....Alright I'm off for now.........Congratulations to my other army mates as well.......we made it folks.
